Service Rules

Manufacturing Scope

Brad Custom Clothing provides OEM/ODM manufacturing services for apparel products including hoodies, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and jackets. Our services encompass fabric sourcing, sampling, pattern optimization, bulk production, quality inspection, and global logistics.

Minimum order quantities apply based on product complexity and customization requirements
Production timelines vary by order volume, typically ranging from 30-60 days after sample approval
Custom services include embroidery, puff print, screen printing, DTG, silicone printing, woven labels, hang tags, and packaging

Quality Standards

All products undergo rigorous quality control procedures in accordance with international manufacturing standards. Clients must approve pre-production samples before bulk manufacturing commences. Any specification changes after sample approval may incur additional costs and timeline adjustments.

Transaction Terms

Payment Structure

Standard payment terms require:

30% deposit upon order confirmation to initiate fabric procurement and production scheduling
70% balance before shipment upon completion of quality inspection
Sample fees are charged separately and may be credited toward bulk orders exceeding agreed minimums

Pricing & Modifications

Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from issuance. Prices are subject to adjustment in case of significant fluctuations in raw material costs or changes to original specifications.

Modification requests after production commencement will be evaluated for feasibility and may result in additional charges and timeline extensions.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before production begins with forfeiture of the deposit to cover design, sampling, and administrative costs. Once production has commenced, cancellation is not permitted, and full payment remains due.

Liability Statement

Quality Assurance

Brad Custom Clothing commits to delivering products that meet approved sample standards and specifications. We conduct comprehensive inspections covering stitching, printing quality, measurements, and overall workmanship.

Claims for manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Accepted claims will be addressed through repair, replacement, or credit as deemed appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

Brad Custom Clothing shall not be liable for:

Delays caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or supply chain disruptions beyond our control
Issues arising from client-supplied materials, designs, or specifications that do not meet manufacturing requirements
Intellectual property disputes related to client-provided designs, logos, or branding elements
Consequential, indirect, or special damages including lost profits or business opportunities

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.

Shipping & Delivery

While we coordinate global logistics, risk of loss transfers to the client upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Clients are responsible for customs clearance, duties, taxes, and import regulations in their destination country. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.

User Agreement

Intellectual Property

Clients retain all intellectual property rights to their original designs, logos, and branding materials. Brad Custom Clothing will not reproduce, distribute, or disclose client designs to third parties without explicit written consent.

Clients warrant that all materials provided do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights and agree to indemnify Brad Custom Clothing against any claims arising from such infringement.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information, technical specifications, pricing structures, and business strategies disclosed during the course of collaboration. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China, in accordance with Chinese commercial arbitration rules.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

Modifications to Terms

Brad Custom Clothing reserves the right to update these terms of service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or engaging our manufacturing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with order placement.
