The inner brushed fleece lining effectively retains body heat, while the soft and comfortable texture is highly favored by consumers. It's important to note that pure cotton fleece tends to have a stiffer hand-feel, with finer and shorter fleece fibers inside. If you desire a more fluffy and voluminous fleece effect, we recommend opting for a cotton-polyester blend fabric. This combination not only ensures sufficient fluffiness and thermal insulation but also enhances overall comfort and durability.

Sizing is paramount. Once the measurements are finalized, the CAD patterns are established accordingly. Please note that no alterations can be made after the fabric has been cut.

Once we cut the fabric, the silhouette is locked in and cannot be changed or modified. Alterations are strictly unavailable past this stage.

What if I don't have a tech pack or size chart? Can I still start a sample?

Absolutely. You don't need to be a technical designer to work with us. We can help you bring your vision to life in two easy ways:

  • Use Our Standard Grading: We have an extensive library of premium, retail-ready fit templates (US/EU/Oversized streetwear fits) that you can adopt directly.
  • Send a Physical Reference: You can ship us a favorite fitting garment from any brand. Our master pattern makers will measure and replicate that exact fit for your custom sample.

Do you have size guide/size chart for reference?

How long does custom sampling and mass production take?

Sample production typically takes 7-10 business days once the design and fabrics are confirmed. Bulk manufacturing usually takes 15-18 days, depending on your order volume and style complexity.

Can you source specific fabrics or create custom pantone dyes?

Yes. We provide extensive fabric sourcing based on your preferences. For large bulk orders, we also offer custom pantone color dyeing services to perfectly match your brand's visual identity.
