Screen Printing

How It Works: Our screen printing utilizes high-precision mesh screens. Specialized pastes (including classic plastisol, water-based ink, puff paste, and metallic glitters) are squeegee-forced through the screen openings to deeply penetrate and cure onto the garment fibers. Because every single color demands a separate custom screen, any design modifications requested during the sampling stage will require new screens to be rebuilt and re-approved prior to bulk manufacturing.

Direct Digital Printing

How It Works: Direct digital printing focuses on high-precision surface ink deposition, eliminating the need for traditional screen-making. Utilizing industrial-grade micro-piezo printheads, eco-friendly textile nano-inks are jetted directly onto natural fibers (Direct-to-Garment, DTG) or pre-printed onto specialized carrier films for thermal precision transfer (Direct-to-Film, DTF). Supporting an ultra-wide gamut of over 16 million colors, this surface-deposit technology is the definitive solution for reproducing intricate photographic imagery, fine linework, and flawless gradient transitions on cotton and high-cotton blends

Heat Transfer Printing

How It Works: Heat transfer printing utilizes heat and pressure to transfer pre-printed designs from a carrier film directly onto garments. Instead of printing ink straight onto the fabric layer by layer, this process cures the specialty inks and hot-melt adhesives onto a PET release film first. Using a professional heat press, the artwork is permanently bonded to the textile fibers under precise temperature and pressure control, ensuring razor-sharp edges and high-definition details.

CATEGORY 04 / MOLECULAR INFUSION

Digital Dye-Sublimation

How It Works: While direct digital printing deposits nano-inks on the surface, Digital Dye-Sublimation utilizes a high-temperature chemical fusion process. Specialized solid dyes are mirrored onto high-release transfer papers via industrial inkjet plotters. Under precise heat (380°F - 400°F) and extreme uniform pressure, the solid ink instantly transitions into a gas state without liquefying. Simultaneously, synthetic fibers expand their microscopic pores, allowing the vaporized pigment molecules to penetrate deeply and bond permanently with the synthetic polymer chains. Once cooled, the pores close, locking the rich color inside.


Performance & Texture: Because the pigment resides inside the fiber matrices rather than sitting on top of the fabric, sublimation results in absolutely zero hand-feel (unrestricted softness) and maintains 100% of the garment’s original stretch, breathability, and moisture-wicking capabilities. It represents the premier, gold-standard technology for elite activewear, ensuring all-over edge-to-edge prints that will never fade, crack, or peel under intense physical activity.
